Return and Refund Policy

UK customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return

To request a return, email hello@wildryn.dog within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Conditions

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened supplement bottles for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return postage

Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time via your customer portal or by emailing hello@wildryn.dog. Cancellation takes effect before the next renewal date. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
