Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wildryn.dog and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

Wildryn Daily Canine Microbiome is a complementary feed for adult dogs. It is not a veterinary medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a vet if your dog has a health condition.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically on a 30-day cycle at the subscriber rate of £27.20. You can cancel at any time with no penalty via your customer portal or by emailing hello@wildryn.dog. Cancellation takes effect before the next renewal date.

Returns

UK customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless items arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Limitation of liability

Wildryn Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
