Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse and shipped via Royal Mail tracked service.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Packaging

Wildryn ships in discreet, letterbox-friendly packaging. Most orders fit through a standard UK letterbox without requiring a signature.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We ship to UK addresses only.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please email hello@wildryn.dog and we will investigate.
